About the Hosts

Regina Johnson leads business growth initiatives within Microsoft’s Global Partner Solutions (GPS) organization, focusing on strategies that drive success for technology companies in the partner ecosystem. As the Community Lead for small businesses, she collaborates with various organizations to support entrepreneurs in scaling their ventures. Regina is also the Director of the Microsoft Black Partner Growth Initiative (BPGI), a business incubator dedicated to supporting and amplifying Black tech entrepreneurs. In both roles, she specializes in developing and optimizing go-to-market strategies, sales processes, and business operations to foster strategic partnerships and promote inclusive growth. Through the Microsoft Cloud Partner Program, Regina enables technology companies to access the resources they need to build and deliver impactful solutions for their customers. She works closely with leaders to design market and policy strategies that empower entrepreneurs to drive significant revenue growth.

Central to Regina’s professional philosophy is her unwavering commitment to providing access to information and resources. With a career spanning economic development, government, and workforce development, she has remained focused on helping individuals and businesses thrive. Regina is passionate about ensuring people feel seen, heard, and valued, encouraging them to share their stories to inspire both themselves and others. Before joining Microsoft, Regina collaborated with community and government stakeholders to develop equitable economic solutions and expand access to capital for minority-owned businesses. As the founder of Strata, she helps organizations address complex business challenges through strategic problem-solving. Regina holds a Master of Policy Management degree from Georgetown University and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education at Teachers College, Columbia University, with a focus on Adult Learning and Leadership. Her academic pursuits inform her mission to help individuals transform their lives through learning and empowerment. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc, and enjoys traveling with her family to various places, including Ghana where her father is from.

About the Hosts

Alyssa Williams is the Executive Director of the Black Channel Partner Alliance (BCPA), a wealth-building organization and member network. With a rich background in marketing for multiple Fortune 200 companies, fundraising, and community development, she spearheads BCPA's initiatives aimed at accelerating the growth of Black innovators and Black-owned technology businesses. Having previously collaborated with BCPA and helping build the Microsoft Black Partner Growth Initiative, Alyssa brings valuable experience to her role. She is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. where she leads her chapter’s Economic Development Committee and maintains deep ties within the community. Alyssa is a graduate of Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University and holds an MBA from DePaul University.
