Aminata Brown is the Director of Customer Success Services at Axon, where she drives customer engagement, process optimization, and scalable success. With a focus on operational excellence and strategic enablement, she amplifies Axon's impact across its ecosystem. Previously, Ms. Brown was the first Chief Innovation Officer at the New Orleans Police Department, leading digital transformation and resilience initiatives. As a former FUSE Corps Executive Fellow, she is an expert in organizational change and enterprise system implementations. Her diverse experience spans the public and private sectors, including roles as a Change Management consultant for Fortune 500 companies, an entrepreneur, and the founder of an international for-profit social enterprise and nonprofit. Throughout her career, Ms. Brown has empowered organizations—particularly public safety agencies—by implementing innovative technologies and strategies that advance their mission to protect life, truth, and justice.

About our Speakers: Shannon Moore, Director of Community Impact & Partnerships

Shannon, Axon’s Director of Community Impact and Partnerships, drives engagement with key civil and human rights organizations, as well as local community-based groups, to align community needs with Axon’s business objectives. With a background in grassroots leadership, public policy, and program development, she leads Axon’s social impact strategy—enhancing the company’s value in communities and ensuring community voices are integrated into Axon’s Responsible Innovation initiatives. Her work helps advance Axon’s mission, build community trust, and promote the ethical development of technology.

About our Speakers: Sasha Simmons, Public Relations & Communications Manager

Sasha Simmons is a PR & Communications Manager at Axon, where she leverages her expertise in public relations, storytelling, and brand development to amplify the company’s mission of transforming public safety. With a proven track record in strategic communications, Sasha excels at creating impactful narratives, driving brand awareness, and building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Beyond her role at Axon, Sasha is the founder of SpeakLife, LLC, where she coaches professionals on leadership, personal branding, and effective communication. Passionate about empowering others, she is an active voice in the Phoenix community, serving on the boards of organizations such as the Greater Phoenix Urban League and NAACP, and is a member of the Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals.
